Imran Azhar - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Imran Azhar joined Grays Leasing Limited in November 2008 as Head of Lease Admin, Legal and Recoveries.
Mr. Imran has completed his graduatin in computer sciences from The International University in 1992 and Master in Business Administration from the same university with major in Finance & Marketing. He has a rich experience of credit & marketing, recovery and legal matters.
As manager credit & marketing at Asian Leasing Corporation
Limited he was responsible for the marketing of different
financial products for consumer
as well as corporate customers. During such period he attended
various workshops and intensive training sessions of these
products at Lahore & Karachi.
He also worked as senior coordinator with Riaz Ahmed & Co. Chartered Accountants for the voluntary winding up of Asian Leasing Corporation Limited in the areas of finance, accounts, recovery, legal and corporate matters.

Financial Officer.
Mr. Adil Munir – Company Secretary
Mr. Adil joined Grays Leasing Limited on February 11, 2008 & currenly serving as Company Secretary.
Mr. Adil completed his graduation in the year 1996 from University of Punjab, Lahore
He has also worked as Senior Officer Shares Department in Hassan Farooq and Company and Crescent Standard Business Management (Pvt) Ltd. He has attended various meetings, courses, seminars and workshops on corporate laws.
